At the Mindful Running Project we understand that finding ways to cope with everyday stressors can be challenging. That is why we have created an environment that promotes the benefits of running for mental health. Based in the city of Bath, our community of runners offers a welcoming space where people can come together, share their experiences and reflect on their challenges, all whilst being physically active.

We believe that running is more than just about physical fitness - it is about unlocking your ability to think more clearly, reflect, learn and grow. Our holistic approach to improving mental health emphasises the importance of being outdoors in nature and sharing experiences with others. We also incorporate psychological skills into our work to help you develop a more resilient and positive mindset.
