Finding ways to cope with everyday stressors can be challenging. That is why we have created a not-for-profit community project that promotes the benefits of running for our mental health. Based in the city of Bath, the Mindful Running Project offers a welcoming space where people can come together and reflect on their challenges, all whilst being physically active.
We are here for anyone who wants to improve their mental wellbeing, one step at a time.

We believe running is about more than just physical fitness - it is about unlocking your ability to think more clearly, reflect on challenges and learn more about ourselves. Our holistic approach to improving mental health emphasises the importance of being outdoors in nature and sharing experiences with others. We also offer an introduction to psychological skills to help you develop a more resilient mindset.
